Responsibilities
• Design and implement machine learning models for product recommendations • Optimize personalization algorithms to improve conversion rates • Build scalable ML pipelines for real-time inference • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • Experience with recommendation systems and personalization • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience in ecommerce or retail technology is a plus
